We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional time. We currently ship within the U.S. only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. CustombyMelo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.
